Where is she now

Teal is currently an Integrity Partner at Cricket Australia, where they work to protect players and the sport overall from threats of doping, match fixing and other activities that may undermine the integrity of the game of cricket. They promote a culture of integrity from the community to the international level of cricket with codes and policies in place and a proactive and preventative approach to education, including the Code of Conduct to ensure the culture of the game reflects the Spirit of Cricket, the Anti-Doping Code, and Child & Young Person Safeguarding.

Teal currently lives in Melbourne, Australia, with her husband, Anthony. She cites her greatest personal accomplishment as running the Boston Marathon in 2022 with a personal-best time of 3:20.49. Teal’s love of running started when she ran the Plattsburgh Half Marathon during the offseason of her sophomore year. Professionally, she is proud to have worked for two leading National Sport Organizations, Hockey Canada and Cricket Australia, and completed a Master of Sport Management & Leadership, a Master of Science in Kinesiology and the Canadian Olympic Committee’s Emerging Leaders Program. Teal is grateful to have had the opportunity to serve on the Board of Directors of the Run for Water where they raised funds to bring clean water to four remote communities in Ethiopia.

Favorite Plattsburgh State Sports Moment

“My favourite Plattsburgh State sports moments are winning the ECAC West championship at home after an undefeated regular season my senior year and watching my sister, Tyne, win a national championship as a Cardinal in 2014.”
