Hall of Fame
Robert was an outstanding performer in basketball for four years and in baseball for two. He went from playing as a high-scoring center to a playmaking guard. A co-captain his senior season, Robert poured in 77 points.
After graduation, Robert worked for 27 years as an elementary school principal in the Owego-Apalachin Central School District. He served as a civic leader in positions such as board member/trustee/coach for service organizations ranging from Rotary Club and the United Way. Robert also contributed time to his community’s youth sports and healthcare systems.
