Plattsburgh State Athletics

Erwin F. “Bud” Meyer spent 21 years as a member of the College’s faculty. In his time, Bud was an outstanding instructor, dedicated coach, friend and mentor to the hundreds of students who sought his guidance.

He was a master teacher of gymnastics and he also created the popular “Acrotheatre.” When outside of his job duties, Bud lectured, directed workshops and fundraised for schools and churches throughout the North Country.
