Anne M. Slattery made her mark during a two-year playing career with the Cardinals. In her two seasons, she led the team both times in points per game. Her 20.1 points per game in the 1983-84 season ranked 35th among all NCAA Division III women’s basketball players.
That season, Slattery earned SUNYAC Player of the Year while dishing out 63 assists. Slattery ended her career with 682 points, SUNYAC Scholar Athlete and Cardinal Booster Club Female Athlete of the Year.

Where are they now?
She earned her master’s degree from Plattsburgh State. At the time of her induction, Slattery taught sixth graders. She had also coached high school basketball, receiving CVAC Coach of the Year honors and spending time as a volunteer basketball coach for Special Olympics.
