Murray was a two-time captain of the Plattsburgh State men’s hockey team and a member of the 2011 NCAA Men’s Hockey National Championship Team that posted a 29-5 record.
 
During his time as a Cardinal, Murray appeared in 109 games. He received Second Team All-American honors in 2000 and 2001 and posted three-straight season with 30+ points. He was also selected to the All-SUNYAC First Team in three consecutive season from 1999-2001.
 
Murray was also selected to the 1995-2004 Cardinal All-Decade Team. He scored a career-high 32 points in back-to-back seasons and tallied a career-high 26 assists as a sophomore during the 1998-99 season. He finished his career with 27 goals and 81 assists for a total of 108 points - good for fifth most by a defenseman and 42nd all-time.

Where is he now:

Bryan is a New Business Development Manager/Territory Manager at The Emery-Waterhouse Company. He is married to Sara Murray (Plattsburgh State '99, '01) and has a son, Reid, and a daughter, Quinn. Bryan and his family reside in Stuyvesant, N.Y.
 
Bryan remains involved with hockey as a coach with the Troy/Albany Youth Hockey program. He is also an avid runner and has successfully completed three marathons.

Favorite Plattsburgh Sports Moment:

"My favorite Plattsburgh sports moment was winning the 2001 NCAA National Championship and completing four years with 108 wins and four State University of New York Athletic Conference Championships.”
