Hall of Fame
Throughout the storied history of the Plattsburgh State men’s ice hockey program, few have put up the numbers or earned the accolades that Lenny Pereira did during his career.
Lenny, who ranks fourth all-time on the program’s career points list (234), helped steer the Cardinals to a national title his freshman season in 1991-92 and SUNYAC titles in 1991-92 and 1992-93, earning SUNYAC Tournament MVP honors in 1991-92.
The Mississauga, Ontario, native was a two-time First-Team All-American, a two-time First-Team All-SUNYAC selection, the 1992-93 SUNYAC Player of the Year and the 1993-94 Plattsburgh State Male Athlete of the Year. He also served as a team captain his senior year and an assistant captain his junior year.

Lenny currently is the president of Franklin Valve L.P. in Houston, Texas. He resides in Spring, Texas, with his wife, Rachael, and daughters, Kylie (15) and Makayla (12).
