Plattsburgh State Athletics

Howard was a charter member of both the club hockey and football teams at Plattsburgh State. He was the team captain and first Cardinal skater to score more than 100 points in hockey.

Howard acted as a founder of North Country youth hockey and served as a hockey coach at the junior through two-year college levels. At the time of his induction, he was an award-winning photographer and long-time teacher of special needs students.
