Kirwin’s name can be found etched throughout the Plattsburgh State women’s soccer goalkeeping record book. At the time of her graduation, she set seven records for single-season and career statistics. Her 12 single-season and 27 career shutouts remain most in program history.
During her four seasons, she posted a career 0.74 goals-against average to complement a 38-17-4 record. Kirwin’s junior year included 14 wins en route to an All-SUNYAC First Team selection. The 1994 Cardinals then went 13-6 overall in Kirwin’s senior season to claim the SUNYAC regular season title.

Where are they now?
Kirwin earned a degree in Communications/Mass Media. Following graduation, she enlisted in the United State Air Force. She actively served as a pilot for the Air Force in Operations Desert Storm and Iraqi Freedom.
