PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. – Plattsburgh State junior Sydney Myers (Plattsburgh, N.Y./Saranac) has been named the State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) Offensive Athlete of the Week for women's soccer, as announced by the conference office on Monday afternoon. This marks both Myers' and the team's second weekly honor of the season.

Myers played a pivotal role in the Cardinals' strong week of action. She tallied a timely game-tying assist in the 62nd minute against St. Lawrence before shining in conference play, scoring the game-winning goal and adding an assist to lead Plattsburgh State to a 2-0 victory over Morrisville. On the season, Myers leads the team with 16 points, recording six goals and four assists.
