MEET RESULTS
MANCHESTER, N.H. – The Plattsburgh State men's track and field 4x400-meter relay and sophomore
Luke Groves (Slingerlands, N.Y. / Guilderland) set meet records at the Southern New Hampshire Penman Relays on Saturday.
The 4x400 relay of sophomore
Brenden Jung (Greenville, N.Y. / Minisink Valley), Groves, sophomore
Andrew Horan (Albany, N.Y. / Guilderland) and senior
Brian Fabian (East Northport, N.Y. / Northport) won the event in a time of 3:24.19 for a new meet record.
Groves set a meet record in the 800-meters with a SUNYAC qualifying mark of 1:57.19.
Fabian finished second in the 400-meters with a regional qualifying time of 49.96 seconds, which is currently the fastest time in the SUNYAC.
Senior
John Guercio (Carmel, N.Y. / Carmel) is currently second in the SUNYAC in the javelin after throwing 150' 06".
Senior
William Lindau (Middletown, N.Y. / Pine Bush) placed fourth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a SUNYAC qualifying time of 10:21.90.
The Cardinals will travel to Cortland for the Cortland Classic April, 19-20.
