2017 (Junior): Ran in seven meets for the Cardinals... Finished 167th in the NCAA Division III Atlantic Region Championship Meet with an 8k time of 27:30.4... Placed 55th at the 8k SUNYAC meet with a time of 29:31.4... Ran his fastest 8k time of 27:05.8 at the Saratoga Invitational.
2016 (Sophomore): Placed 87th out of 114 runners in the 2016 SUNYAC Championships with a time of 29:29.3... Ran his best 8k of the season at the Inter-Regional Border Battle with a time of 26:59.9 on October 15th... Came in 16th of 76 in the Cardinal Classic (16:44).
2015 (Freshman): Competed in seven events for Plattsburgh State… ran his best 8k of the season at the Mike Woods Invitational with a time of 27:25.6 on October 3

High School: Appeared on the cross country and track & field teams at Pine Bush High School for four seasons each.
Personal: Born Williams Pierce Lindau on October 15 in Middletown, N.Y. … son of Paul and Suzanne Lindau… his uncle, Neil Ryan, participated in college athletics at Mount St. Mary College… plans to major in biology at Plattsburgh State.
