CORTLAND, N.Y. – Junior Elisabeth Plympton (Plattsburgh, N.Y. / Beekmantown) has been named the State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) Athlete of the week for women's track.

Plympton qualified for both the All-Atlantic Region track and field championships and SUNYAC championships in the 60-meters with a time of 7.98 seconds, which placed her second on Saturday at the Saints Holiday Relays hosted by St. Lawrence.

She won the 300-meters with a time of 42.82 seconds.

Plympton is currently first in the SUNYAC in the 60 and third in the 300.
