NEW ORLEANS, La. – All-Region honors for the 2025 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Season were announced on Wednesday by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) and juniors Charles Cypress (New Windsor, N.Y./Cornwall) and Grace Yarkosky (South Lyon, Mich./South Lyon) were each awarded Mideast All-Region honors for the Plattsburgh State men's and women's track and field teams.

Cypress had the fourth fastest time in the 100-meter dash, while Yarkosky's 400-meter dash time ranked fifth in the Mideast region. The top five individuals in each event from each region earn All-Region honors. The full All-Region honorees can be viewed here.

The junior Cypress picks up his third career All-Region honors, repeating in the 100-meter event and following up this past winter, where he was an all-region honoree in the 60-meter dash. This season, Cypress had five top-three finishes in the 100-meter dash, including a third-place finish at the State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) Championship meet, earning him a bronze medal. He finished the season with a blazing fast time of 10.65 seconds at the All-Atlantic Region Track & Field Conference (AARTFC) Championships, just .07 seconds off the program record of 10.58 seconds. The time earned him fourth at the regional meet and gave him his best time of the season.

Yarkosky earns Mideast All-Region honors for the 400-meter dash for the second time this academic year, as she was also an honoree for the indoor season. The junior sprinter was the SUNYAC Champion in 2025, winning the race with a time of 57.98 seconds. She then set her personal best at the AARTFC Championships, posting a mark of 57.13 seconds. She posted top-three finishes in four meets this year, winning the event at the RPI Under the Lights Invite and the SLU Twilight Meet, along with the SUNYAC Championships.
