SUNYAC CHAMPIONSHIP HISTORY: Led by fourth-year head coach Andrew Krug, the Cardinals are looking to climb the conference standings, after Plattsburgh State finished eighth out of nine teams at last year's meet. Geneseo, who had won six straight indoor track and field championships, departed the conference, meaning a new champion will be crowned for the first time since 2016, a year in which Oneonta was the champion. Brockport, who also departed the SUNYAC, finished second and was followed by Cortland in last year's championship meet. Teams competing this year include several new schools, as Alfred State, Morrisville, Penn State Behrend, SUNY Cobleskill, and SUNY Delhi will be a part of the 2025 indoor championships.

ABOUT THE CARDINALS: The Cardinals are led by junior Marissa Colvin (South Glens Falls, N.Y./South Glens Falls), who is the third seed in the 5,000-meter run (18:48.54).
