PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. – Plattsburgh State will be hosting the 2025 State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) Cross Country Championships on Saturday, Nov. 1, at the Rugar Woods Cross Country Course, which is located within the Field House Complex. The men's race will begin at 11 a.m., followed by the women's race at 12 p.m.
In addition to Plattsburgh State, other competing teams will include Buffalo State, Canton, Cobleskill, Cortland, Delhi, Fredonia, Morrisville, New Paltz, Oneonta, Oswego, and Potsdam. At last year's championship, which was hosted by Oswego at the Fallbrook Recreation Center, Cortland won both the men's and women's titles.
Plattsburgh State last hosted the SUNYAC Cross Country Championship in 2015.
