                     Meet Results
CANTON, N.Y. – The Plattsburgh State men's track and field team finished third out of seven teams with 72.5 points at the Saints Ice Broken Open hosted by St. Lawrence University on Saturday.
 
Junior 
Brexton Montville (Cadyville, N.Y./Saranac) charted a first-place time of 22.42 in the 200-meter dash, while sophomore 
Logan Van Buren (Port Henry, N.Y./Moriah) took first in the 1,500-meter run (4:13.43) and third in the 800-meter run (2:05.27). First-year student 
Noah Bonesteel (Averill Park, N.Y./Averill Park) finished runner-up in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 10:15.24.
 
Fourth-place finishes came from junior 
Aidan Masten (Peru, N.Y./Seton Catholic) in the long jump (5.97 meters – 19' 7"), junior 
Aidan Tous (Port Jefferson Station, N.Y./Comsewogue) in the discus throw (35.22 meters – 115' 7") and sophomore 
Jorge Cabrera (Mount Vernon, N.Y./Mount Vernon) the hammer throw (35.35 meters – 116').
 
Plattsburgh State next competes at the Cortland Red Dragon Open hosted by SUNY Cortland on Saturday, April 9.
