400-Meter Results

GENEVA, Ohio – Junior Marissa Jones (Sauquoit, N.Y. / Sauquoit Valley) of the Plattsburgh State women's track and field team competed in the 400-meters at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championship on Friday at the Spire Institute in Geneva, Ohio.

Jones finished 13th overall with a time of 56.82 seconds after competing in the 4x400-meter relay on Thursday who finished 13th as well.

Freshman Victoria Whimple (Castleton, N.Y. / Maple Hill) will compete in the triple jump on Saturday at 1:45 p.m.

She is seeded seventh in the triple jump with a mark of 11.99 meters.
