MEET RESULTS

CORTLAND, N.Y. -  The Plattsburgh State men's track and field team sits tied for 26th of 41 teams after day one at the All-Atlantic Region Outdoor Track and Field Conference (AARTFC) Championships hosted by SUNY Cortland on Wednesday at the White Stadium.

The 4x400-meter relay of sophomore Luke Groves (Slingerlands, N.Y. / Guilderland), sophomore Andrew Horan (Albany, N.Y. / Guilderland), freshman Tyler Martin (Saranac Lake, N.Y. / Saranac Lake) and senior Brian Fabian (East Northport, N.Y. / Northport) finished eighth with a time of 3:24.88.

Junior Anthony Ciccarelli (Smithtown, N.Y. / Commack) placed 12th in the javelin with a throw of 43.45 meters (142' 6").

The Cardinals will wrap up the AARTFC championship on Thursday starting at 10 a.m.
