PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. – Plattsburgh State junior forward Tristan Laundree (Keeseville, N.Y./AuSable Valley), sophomore goalkeeper Matthew D'Ippolito (Baldwin Place, N.Y./Somers), and sophomore defender Jack Murphy (Blauvelt, N.Y./Tappan Zee) have each been named to the 2025 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Men's Soccer Team following the conclusion of the 2025 regular season.

To be eligible for nomination, student-athletes must excel both on the field and in the classroom, holding a minimum 3.50 cumulative GPA while being at least a sophomore academically and athletically.

The 2025 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Soccer Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined achievements in competition and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately honors recipients across four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, and NAIA.

Laundree, an Adolescence Education major with a 3.74 cumulative GPA, appeared in 18 games for Plattsburgh this season, starting 17 and logging 1,170 total minutes while recording three goals and four assists.
