ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The Plattsburgh State men's track and field team is set to begin competition at the All-Atlantic Regional Track and Field Conference (AARTFC) Indoor Championships beginning on Friday, March 1 at 11 a.m. at Nazareth University's Golisano Training Center. The Cardinals are bringing a handful of student-athletes as they qualified for regional competition with their marks over the indoor season.

Sophomore Charles Cypress (New Windsor, N.Y./Cornwall) is the lone Plattsburgh athlete competing in two individual events, as he qualified for the 200-meter dash and the 60-meter dash. Fifth-year student Brexton Montville (Cadyville, N.Y./Saranac) and sophomore Jordan Williams (Bronx, N.Y./Cardinal Hayes) will each compete in the 60-meter dash, with Montville's 6.95-second run from last weekend seeding him 15th.
