2023-24 Schedule

PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. – The Plattsburgh State men's track and field team has released its 2023-24 Indoor Track and Field Schedule, as announced Tuesday by the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics.

The Cardinals kick off the season on Saturday, Dec. 2, at the Saints Holiday Relays hosted by St. Lawrence University before closing up the first semester with a trip to Utica for the Utica Holiday Classic on Friday, Dec. 8 and Saturday, Dec. 9. Plattsburgh State rings in the new year on Saturday, Jan. 20 when they visit Middlebury for the Middlebury Winter Classic. The winter schedule then continues with a second trip to St. Lawrence, this time for the St. Lawrence Invitational which will occur on Saturday, Jan. 27. On Saturday, Feb. 3, the Cards head back to Utica, for the Fast Trax Invite.
 
Plattsburgh State will host their only home meet of the season on Wednesday, Feb. 7, in the Plattsburgh State Wednesday Track and Field Meet, which will begin at 4 p.m. in the Field House. The following Friday, the Cards will head to Staten Island for the Fastrack National Invitational, hosted by the Ocean Breeze Track and Field Facility on Feb. 9. The Cardinals then wrap up their regular season for indoor heading to St. Lawrence for the third time at the SLU Open, which will be on Saturday, Feb. 17.
 
The two-day State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) Championship meet will occur from Friday-Saturday, Feb. 23-24, at The College at Brockport, while the All-Atlantic Region Track & Field Conference (AARTFC) Championships will take place from Friday-Saturday, March 1-2, at Nazareth College. The 2024 NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championships are slated for Friday-Saturday, March 8-9, at the Virginia Beach Sports Complex, hosted by Norfolk State.
 
Head coach Andrew Krug enters his third season at the helm of the Plattsburgh State track and field program 2023-24, also marking his 15^th season with the program overall. The Cardinals are coming off a seventh-place finish at the SUNYAC Indoor Track and Field Championships.
