PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. - Kelley Driscoll was the top performer on the Plattsburgh State women's track and field team at the Dartmouth Indoor Classic over the weekend. 

Driscoll won the 3,000-meter run with an ECAC-qualifying time of 10:26.02, which was also a personal best. Stefanie Braun also had a nice showing, achieving a personal best in the mile run. Braun finished eighth with a time of 5:13.86 to also qualify for the ECAC meet. Braun also competed in the 800-meter run, finishing 18th in 2:31.

In the 400-meter run, Joanne TeRiele took seventh place in 1:01.97 to round out the Cardinals' top ten finishers in track events.

Ashley Gadway led the Plattsburgh women in field events, setting personal bests in the shot put and weight throw. Gadway placed 10th in the shot put with a 10.35 meter throw. She finished 13th in the weight throw with a 12.84 meter throw. Both marks qualified Gadway for the SUNYAC Championships at the end of the month. 

The Cardinals return to action this weekend at Boston University for the Valentine Invitational.
