2026 Plattsburgh State Women's Cross Country Schedule

PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. – The Plattsburgh State men's and women's cross country teams will compete in four regular-season races before opening postseason action at the State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) Championships. Under second-year Director of Cross Country and Track and Field Nathan Petesch, both programs will look to contend for top finishes within the conference.

The Cardinals' 2026 schedule opens at home on Saturday, Sept. 5, as they host the 44th Annual Cardinal Classic, which serves as their only home race of the season. Following a weekend off, Plattsburgh travels to St. Lawrence on Saturday, Sept. 19.

The Cardinals return to action in October at Keene State on Saturday, Oct. 3, then take another weekend off before their trip to Connecticut College on Saturday, Oct. 17.

Plattsburgh State opens postseason competition at the SUNYAC Championships on Saturday, Oct. 31, at Fortin Park, hosted by SUNY Oneonta. The NCAA Division III Mideast Region Championships follow on Saturday, Nov. 14, at Wickham Park, hosted by Trinity College. The season concludes at the NCAA Division III National Championships on Saturday, Nov. 21, at the Bill Huyck Championship Cross Country Course, hosted by Carleton College.
