BOSTON – Three Plattsburgh State women's track and field student-athletes ran at the highly competitive David Hemery Valentine Invitational hosted by Boston University on Friday.

Seniors
Janyll Barber (Dannemora, N.Y./Saranac) and
Aislyn McDonough (Rouses Point, N.Y./Northeastern Clinton) each met All-Atlantic Region Track and Field Championship (AARTFC) qualification in their respective events, with Barber charting a time of 58.94 in the 400-meter dash and McDonough posting a standard of 2:19.62 in the 800-meter run. Barber took 65th out of 194 runners, while McDonough was 89th out of 186 competitors.

In addition, junior
Jessica Landman (Barneveld, N.Y./Holland Patent) ran the 200-meter dash, posting a time of 27.20.

Plattsburgh State next competes at the Middlebury Field and Track meet hosted by Middlebury College tomorrow.
