PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. – To kick off the 2020 Division III Week celebration, the Plattsburgh State Department of Intercollegiate Athletics and Recreation recognized 18 student-athletes for their outstanding performance in the classroom and in competition as a part of the Institute for Sport and Social Justice's National Student-Athlete Day.
Plattsburgh State's head coaches selected a member from each of their respective teams, honoring student-athletes who have achieved well academically and in competition. These student-athletes would normally be recognized at a reception that included invited faculty.
The honored student-athletes include:
