Senior defenseman Jacob Modry was outstanding for the Cardinals last week as he helped the team to the FirstLight Shootout Championship at Norwich. Modry was named to the All-Tournament leading a strong defensive effort, allowing just one goal in two games, while also contributing one goal and four assists over those two games. Against Middlebury, he scored the game-winning goal and added an assists and then posted a career-high three assists on all three goals in the team's championship win versus Norwich.
