Plattsburgh State Athletics

In his first start of the season, Sean Malamud was excellent, earning the first win of the year for Plattsburgh with his excellent showing on the mound. The graduate student arm went six strong innings and allowed five hits and walked none while striking out eight batters. His team rewarded him with a four-run to of the seventh to give him his seventh career win on the mound at Plattsburgh State.
