Biography
2015 (Senior): Cross Country: Competed in six events for Plattsburgh State… secured a top ten finish at the Cardinal Classic with a time of 19:53.4 on September 5th… placed 29th out of 277 runners in the Saratoga Invitational hosted by RPI, clocking in at 18:55.6 on September 12th… finished 30th out of 453 runners at the Mike Woods Invitational with a time of 22:45.1 on October 3rd.
2014-15 (Junior): Indoor: Emma placed third in the 1000 meter run with a time of 3:16.30 and powered with a Cardinal team to a fourth place finish during the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 4:36.11 at the Hamilton Invitational (1/31)…finished in seventh during the distance medley with a time of 12:51.48 at the SUNYAC Championships (2/28)…Outdoor: Contributed to a Cardinal squad that came in first place during the 4x800 meter relay in a time of 10:06.48 at the UAlbany Spring Classic (4/18)…finished in eighth place during the 15000 meter run with a time of 5:00.78 at the Capital District Classic (4/25)…placed fourth in the 15000 meter run with a time of 5:00.03 at the Purple & Gold Last Chance Meet (5/9)…finished in 10th place with a Cardinal team in the 4x800 meter relay in a time of 9.34.80sr at the ECAC Championships (5/15).
Prior to Plattsburgh State: Hit the cross country trails as well as the track while attending SUNY Geneseo from January of 2013 until May of 2014...
