High School: Competed in cross country (four years), basketball (three years), outdoor track and field (four years) and indoor track and field (one year) at Kings Park High School... In cross country, earned the Coaches Award in 2021... In indoor track and field, named All-League and earned the Coaches Award in 2021-22... In outdoor track and field, named Rookie of the Year in 2018-19 and All-League in 2020-21 and 2021-22 in addition to earning the Coaches Award in 2021 and Team MVP honors in 2022... Helped Kings Park win a Suffolk County championship in basketball in 2020-21 and cross country in 2018... Gained experience outside of high school athletics competing in CYO basketball from 2009-17, CYO volleyball from 2016-17 and soccer for Kings Park Soccer Club from 2009-17.
Personal: Daughter of Matthew and Laura Stritzl... Enjoys hanging out with friends, skiing, running and lifting in her spare time.
