Biography
2013-14 (Senior): Indoor: Finished 11th in the long jump at the Saints Indoor Invitational with a distance of 3.50 meters (1/18)… Outdoor: Placed seventh in the 100 meter dash at the RPI Invitational with a time of 11.47 (4/12)… help the Cardinals to a fifth place finish in the 4x100 meter relay at the SUNYAC Championships (5/2)… contributed to the 4x100 meter relay team that placed 16th at the ECAC Championships (5/16).
2012-2013 (Junior): Outdoor: Helped a Cardinal team to a third place finish in the 4x100 meter relay with a time of 44.81 and placed second in the long jump with a leap of 6.29 meters at the Upstate Track & Field Classic (4/13)… finished third in the long jump with a mark of 6.44 meters at the Middlebury Invitational (4/20).
2011-12 (Sophomore): Competed at the SUNYAC Indoor Championships in the Men’s Long Jump finishing 14th with a distance of 6.30 meters … best finish in the Men’s Long Jump was 2nd which came at the Saints Indoor Invitational … longest jump came at the Marc Deneault Memorial Invitational were he finished with a distance of 6.42 meters.
Before Plattsburgh: Ran indoor track at SUNY Oneonta.
High School: Won varsity letters for baseball, indoor track, football and soccer at Seton Catholic Central ... Section VII triple jump champion and long jump runner up as a senior.
