Biography

Prior to Plattsburgh State: Attended Clinton Community College for the 2013-15 school years.

High School: Competed in four years each of cross country and indoor and outdoor track and field at AuSable Valley High School… leapt to sectional titles in high jump in 2012 and 2013 and triple jump in 2013… broke the 110-m hurdle school record at AuSable.

Personal: Born Paul James Ford in Plattsburgh, N.Y., on August 12, 1995… son of Ann Poulin and Arthur Ford… enjoys photography, electronics and web design… is majoring in pre-engineering at Plattsburgh State.
