Plattsburgh State Athletics

2017 (Junior): Ran six races for the Cardinals... Placed 86th of 111 at the 2017 SUNYAC Championships with a time of 30:53.8... Ran his fastest 8k at the Saratoga Invitational with a time of 29:08.6.

2016 (Sophomore): Placed 98th of 114 at the 2016 SUNYAC Championships with a time of 30:22.5... Ran the Inter-Regional Border Battle in a time of 28:39.2 (159th of 228)... Placed 132nd of 172 at the Saratoga Invitational (30:43.4)... Completed the Ronald C. Hoffman in a time of 30:12.49 (75th of 107).

2015 (Freshman): Ran in six meets for the Cardinals… helped Plattsburgh to a second place finish in the SUNY Canton Kangaroo Invite on September 1^st… clocked his best 8k time at the Mike Woods Invitational with a mark of 31:07.5 on October 3^rd.

High School: Appeared as a fixture on no less than three prep athletic squads during his days at Chateaugay Central School… accumulated three seasons worth of high school cross country and outdoor track & field experience to go along with a two campaigns on the indoor track & field squad… teamed with three other individuals to capture Second Team All-Northern Conference in the indoor 4x800-meter dash and First Team All-Northern Conference in that same event during the outdoor season… earned Second Team All-Northern Conference acclaim by way of a great 1,000-meter run performance during his indoor track & field days… helped his cross country and outdoor track & field teams rack up three section titles each… also played two years of hockey… finished his prep career as a 10-time Academic All-Northern Team selection.
