Biography
2017 (Sophomore): Ran in five meets for the Cardinals... Posted his fastest 8k at the Saratoga Invitational with a time of 29:43.9.
2016 (Freshman): Posted a time of 30:52.3 in the 2016 SUNYAC Championships (102nd of 114)... Ran the Inter-Regional Border Battle in a time of 29:36.0 (182nd of 228)... Completed the Saratoga Invitational in a time of 30:03.8 (123rd of 172)... Placed 175th of 238 at the Ron Stonitsch Invitational with a time of 22:55.0.
High School: Competed in cross country, indoor and outdoor track and field at Pawling High School… Named captain in all participating sports… Won the league championship in cross country, indoor track and field and outdoor track and field… Helped Pawling capture the Section I Class C championship in outdoor track and field in 2013... Named All-League from 2013-16 in cross country, from 2014-16 in indoor track and field and from 2014-16 in outdoor track and field... Earned All-County honors in outdoor track and field in 2016.
