Biography
2017 (Junior): Ran in five meets for the Cardinals... Finished 98th at the SUNYAC meet with an 8k time of 31:41.1... Ran his fastest 8k time of the season at the Saratoga Invitational with a 28:19.8.
2016 (Sophomore): Ran the 2016 SUNYAC Championships in a time of 31:04.1 (106th of 114)... FInished 127th out of 238 runners at the Ron Stonisch Invitational with a time of 21:42.2... Placed 28th of 76 in the Cardinal Classic with a time of 17:04.
2015 (Freshman):  Appeared in seven meets for the Cardinals… placed 18th in the Cardinal Classic 5k with a time of 16:57.3 on September 5th… saw his best 8k time at the Mike Woods Invitational with a mark of 27:12.3 on October 3rd.
Prior to Plattsburgh State: Attended Hudson Valley Community College during the 2014-2015 academic year.
High School: Spent the first two years of his cross country and track and field varsity career at Troy High School… raced through two years of cross country and track and field at Shenendehowa High School… named a Section II All-Star and qualified for the 2014 New Balance Indoor Nationals as a member of the 4x800-m relay team while at Shenendehowa.
Personal: Born Gregory Alan Howard in Troy, N.Y., on June 3… son of Terri Cooper and Greg Howard… will study adolescence education at Plattsburgh State.
