2012-13 (Junior): Outdoor: Helped a Cardinal team to a fourth place finish in the 4x400 meter relay at the Hamilton College Invitational with a time of 3:47.69 (3/30)… contributed to a Cardinal team that placed fifth in the 4x400 meter relay at the Capital District Classic with a time of 3:44.07 (4/27).

2011-12 (Sophomore): Competed once at the Marc Deneault Memorial finishing 14^th in the 500 meter with a time of 1:14.91 and 40^th in the 800 meters with a final time of 2:17.13.


2010-11 (Freshman): Raced at the Hamilton College Continental Invitational finishing in 17th place in the 800m run.

High School: Earned five letters in cross country, four letters in hockey and three in outdoor track at Beekmantown … Named CVAC All-Star in cross country twice … Two-time state qualifier in 4x800 meter relay … Cross country and outdoor track team won CVAC and Section VII Championship … Also won Section VII championship in hockey.
