Biography
2008-09 (Sophomore): Ran in the 4x100m relay at the Outdoor SUNYAC Championships with Jordan Bieber, Kewsi Burgess and Jeff Stitt in a time of 46.04 ... Best toss in the shot put came at Middlebury College (25’3.5”) ... At RPI, recorded his best times in the 100m (11.95), 200m (24.20) and the long jump (15’10.25”) ... Raced in the Indoor SUNYAC Championships in the 200m (24.37) ... Woods, Bieber, Burgess and Alain Peppin put up their best time in the 4x200m relay at the St. Lawrence Classic (1:38.00).
2007-08 (Freshman): Participated in track & field at Plattsburgh.
High School: Lettered four times in indoor and outdoor track at AuSable Valley Central.
