Biography
2019-20 (Senior): Outdoor- Came in 1st in Javelin Throw at SUNYAC with 52.32m.
Indoor- Placed 2nd in Heptathlon with 4360...Came in 1st in Shot Put twice at SUNYAC and AARTFC, with 11.34m and 11.56 respectively.
2018-2019 (Junior) Outdoor- Came in 3rd in Declathon at the Cortland Classic Invitational with 5609.
Indoor- Earned 1st in 60m dash at AARTFC with 7.20s, also placed 1st at SUNYAC 60m with 7.28s.

High School: Competed in cross country and track and field at Commack High School... Was named MVP and All-League in track and field... Also earned the Cougar Award in indoor track and field... Helped Commack capture a league championship in outdoor track and field.
