2008-09 (Junior): Participated in the 10,000m, finished first with a time of 32:18.01 at the Bucknell College Bison Invitational ... Ran his best time in the 1,500m at the Cortland Classic (4:19.99) ... Teamed up with Jordan Bieber, Rob Noonan and Justin Harrington in the 4x400m relay at Hamilton College (3:48.44) ... During the indoor season, participated in the Indoor ECAC Championships in the 5,000m (15:53.47) ... Other notable times during the indoor season were his mile (4:41.11) and 3,000m (8:58.58) times at the Syracuse Invitational.
2007 (Sophomore): Participated in cross country and track & field at Plattsburgh.
