2013-14 (Senior): Indoor: Placed sixth with a score of 3,943.00 points in the Heptathlon at the Saints Indoor Invitational (1/18)… helped the Cardinals finish fifth in the 4x200 meter relay with a time of 1:35.09 and placed sixth in the pole vault with a leap of 3.65 meters at the Hamilton Invitational… qualified for the ECAC Championships (1/25)... Outdoor: SUNYAC All-Conference Second Team…contributed to a fourth place finish in the 4x100 meter relay with a time of 43.95 at the Rochester Invitational (4/6)… helped power the Cardinals to a third place finish in the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 3:28.31 at the RPI Invitational (4/12)… placed seventh in the decathlon at the Cortland Invitational with a score of 5,124 (4/18)… finished second in the decathlon with a score of 5,503 at the SUNYAC Championships (5/2)… placed 13^th in the decathlon at the ECAC Championships with a score of 5,058 (5/16).

2012-13 (Junior): Indoor: Placed third in the 60 meter hurdles with a time of 9.32 and placed third with a Cardinal team in the 4x200 meter relay with a time of 1:39.91 at the SLU Holiday Relay Meet (12/8)… ran with a Cardinal squad to a fifth place finish in the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 3:34.45 at the Deneault Invitational (2/16)… contributed to a Cardinal team that placed seventh in the 4x400 meter relay at the SUNYAC Championships in a time of 3:36.02 (2/23)… Outdoor: Placed fifth in the decathlon with a score of 4607 at the Dick Shea Decathlon (3/29)… finished sixth in the pole vault with a leap of 3.35 meters at the Capital District Classic (4/27)… placed ninth in the decathlon with a score of 4677 at the SUNYAC Championships (5/3).


2011-12 (Sophomore): Competed at the SUNYAC Indoor Track and Field Championships finishing 8^th in the Distance Medley with a time of 10:54.94 and in the Long Jump finishing 10^th … competed at the SUNYAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships finishing 4^th in the Decathlon … finished 5^th in the 110 meter hurdles with a time of 17.62 seconds at the Roc City Classic … participated in the Men’s High Jump at the Saints Indoor Invitational finishing 11^th with a jump of 1.73 meters … made SUNYAC all-academic team.


2010-11 (Freshmen): Raced in the 110m hurdles at the Hamilton College Continental Invitational finishing in 12th place.

High School: Ran indoor and outdoor track under coach Jim Ford ... Also played volleyball under coach Jackie Reed ... Member of National Honor Society ... Played for the Long Island Blaze volleyball club.
