2017 (Junior): Ran in four meets for the Cardinals... Placed 67th at the 8k SUNYAC meet with a time of 29:53.6... Ran his fastest 8k time of 28:13.0 at the Conn. College Invitational.
2016 (Sophomore): Helped the Cardinals earn a seventh-place finish in the SUNYAC Championships, clocking a time of 27:47.7 (57th of 114)... Helped the Cardinals to earn 23rd-place at the NCAA Atlantic Regionals with a time of 27:34.5 (183rd of 303)... Completed the Cardinal Classic 5k in a time of 17:28 (40th of 76).
2015 (Freshman): Cross Country: Competed in six meets for the Cardinals… helped the Cardinals to 13
th place of out of 26 teams at the Connecticut College Invite on October 17
th… saw his best 8k time at the SUNYAC Championships with a mark of 27:28.6 on October 31

High School: Attended Roy C. Ketcham High School.
Personal: Born Adam Charles Whitehead on August 17… son of Carl and Karen Whitehead… enjoys snowboarding… has not yet declared a major at Plattsburgh State.
