2017 (Junior): Was presented with the SUNYAC Elite 20 award for both men's cross country and outdoor track and field... Ran in seven races for the Cardinals during cross country... Finished 70th in the NCAA Division III Atlantic Region Championship Meet with an 8k time of 26:05.4 for his fastest time of the season... Placed 34th at the 8k SUNYAC meet with a time of 28:33.5.

2016 (Sophomore): Led the Cardinals to a seventh-place finish at the 2016 SUNYAC Championships, crossing the finsh line in 26th-place with a time of 26:38.4... Helped the Cardinals earn a 23rd-place finish in the NCAA Atlantic Regionals, clocking a time of 26:23.6 and placing 105th... Placed 12th of 107 in the Ronald C. Hoffman Invitational (26:48.3)... Ran the Ron Stonitsch Invitational in a time of 20:34.2 (53rd of 238).

2015 (Freshman): Cross Country: Appeared in seven meets for the Cardinals in the fall… secured a top ten finish in the Pre-SUNYAC meet, boasting a time of 27:51.6 on September 19… placed 50^th in the SUNYAC Championships with a time of 27:32.1 on October 31^st.

High School: Saved his best cross country races for the last two years of his prep career at South Glens Falls High School… raked in a pair of Foothills All-Star Cross Country Team appearances – one by way of a seventh-place finish as a junior and the other thanks to a runner-up placing in his senior year… scored a 10^th-place finish at the sectional meet in his final season of competition…as a member of the indoor track & field squad, helped the team win the Foothills Council Championship in 2014-15… totaled some 11 varsity letters by the time his high school athletic career was a matter of record.
