High School: Competed in cross country from 2016-21 and track and field from 2019-22 at Whitesboro High School... Broke five minutes in the mile run... Sectional champion in the steeplechase.

Personal: Son of Christian and Heidi Kahl... Enjoys skiing and being outside in his spare time.
