MIDDLEBURY, Vt. – Senior
Kentaro Mori (Tokyo, Japan/Joto) scored the lone run for the Plattsburgh State baseball team (8-16) in their 17-1 loss to Middlebury (17-8) Wednesday evening at Forbes Field.
The Cardinals recorded five hits to the Panthers 19.

In the bottom of the fourth, they scored off another two-run single and scored in the bottom of the fifth off a sacrifice bunt.
The Panthers recorded four runs in the bottom of the sixth off a sacrifice fly, a single, a wild pitch and an error.
Mori scored in the top of the seventh off a sacrifice fly from senior

Middlebury scored three in the bottom of the seventh off a two-run double and a single.
The Panthers scored one run in the bottom of the eight off a double.
