Coon broke the program record in the shot put and the weight throw at the SUNYAC Indoor Championships, helping Plattsburgh State finish fourth out of eight teams at the conference meet. She reset her program record of 12.69 meters on her first attempt in the shot put, launching an attempt of 13.06 meters (42' 10.25"). That mark wound up being good for second place. In the weight throw, she recorded a third-place mark of 15.69 meters (51' 5.75"), bettering her former program record of 15.29 meters.
