Villemaire set the program record in the 300-meter dash at the SLU Open on Friday, clocking a time of 41.74 to finish first in the event. Her performance erased the former mark of 42.29 set by Monticia Prather back in 2000. Plympton then ran the second leg on the Cardinals' first-place 4x200-meter relay that charted a time of 1:54.41. The Cardinals finished first out of six teams at the meet.
