Plattsburgh State Athletics

Plympton won two individual races and led off the Cardinals' first-place 4x400-meter relay, helping Plattsburgh State finish first out of 13 teams at the Pioneer Open hosted by Utica College on Saturday. She also was the top qualifier out of the preliminary heats of the 60-meter dash. Plympton won the 60-meter dash with an AARTFC qualifying time of 8.00 and placed first in the 200-meter dash by .002 seconds with a 26.01 performance, which also met the AARTFC standard. Her 200-meter dash time is the fastest in the SUNYAC so far this season, and she is tied for 15th in NCAA Division III. She led off Plattsburgh State's 4x400-meter relay with a 1:01.13 400-meter dash time, which also met AARTFC qualification, helping the Cardinals place first in an AARTFC qualifying time of 4:07.19.
