Plympton won two individual events and participated on the Cardinals' first-place 4x400-meter relay at the St. Lawrence Invitational on Saturday. She won the 60-meter dash with a time of 8.06, but her 8.04 performance from the preliminary heats served as her fastest time of the day. That time met AARTFC and SUNYAC championship qualification. Plympton then won the 200-meter dash in 26.49, which met AARTFC and SUNYAC championship qualification in addition to serving as the fastest time in the SUNYAC so far this year. At the end of the meet, Plympton led off the Cardinals' first-place 4x400-meter relay that clocked a 4:19.77. She accounted for 22.5 points across her three events, helping Plattsburgh State finish first in the team standings.
