Cox scored a career-high 28 points on 12-of-19 shooting from the floor and 4-of-7 shooting from the free throw line in the Cardinals' 64-60 loss to Skidmore College on Monday. He also tallied a career-high five steals and pulled down six rebounds. Cox currently leads the team and ranks fifth in the SUNYAC in scoring with 19.6 points per game, and he is doing so on 50.7 percent shooting from the floor.
