Beaubien (3-0-0) was named the MVP of the 2021 Northfield Savings Bank East-West Hockey Classic after playing to a 2-0-0 record with 53 saves, a .964 save percentage and a 1.10 goals-against average. Her performance helped then-No. 4 Plattsburgh State women's ice hockey to its sixth East-West Hockey Classic title. Beaubien began the week by making 29 saves with a .967 save percentage in Plattsburgh State's 4-3 win over then-No. 3 Elmira College on Saturday, Dec. 11. With the Cardinals trailing, 2-1, at 10:55 of the first period, Beaubien came into the game in relief and helped the Cardinals complete their come-from-behind victory. Beaubien concluded her week with 24 saves and a .960 save percentage as Plattsburgh State defeated then-No. 10 Norwich University, 2-1, in the East-West Classic championship game on Saturday, Dec. 12.
