High School: Enjoyed a successful three-year prep volleyball career at Livonia Central High School... played no fewer than three positions during her high school days including outside, defensive specialist and libero... received All-Greater Rochester Area recognition for her volleyball-related activities in 2013... was a two-time member (2011 and 2012) of the Division I Class B All-Star Team... spent six years competing with the Xtreme Volleyball club team

Personal: Born Lauren Kathryn LaDuke on May 31, 1996, in Rochester, N.Y. ... daughter of Brian and Pam LaDuke... enjoys camping, hiking, shopping and going to the beach... plans to double major in broadcast journalism and TV/Video production at Plattsburgh State.
